Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout, including any apartment, suite, or unit numbers.
Alpha & Omega Peptide is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of purchase.

If the carrier’s tracking shows your package as Delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first(FedEx or USPS) to investigate with your local delivery office.
If your address is correct but the package was delivered to the wrong location, you must provide photo evidence of your front door and surrounding area as part of the investigation process.
We’re happy to assist with filing a claim, but Alpha & Omega Peptide is not liable for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks delivery as confirmed.
To begin a claim for a missing shipment, please email support@alphaomegapeptide.com within 7 days of the listed delivery date. Include your order number, tracking details, and any supporting photos to help us assist you efficiently.
